Craig directed P&L of multi-million dollar operations and orchestrated a company-wide strategic plan and discipline – a first in the organization’s 30-year history. Her professional career expands from fortune 100 consumer products manufacturing company to global industrial manufacturing company, as well as advertising agency experience with a focus on manufacturing.
Her expertise crosses over many different industries from automotive, oil and gas, agriculture, technology, clean to industrial manufacturing. She has a strong belief that success will occur with a collaborative team, drive and the right marketing mix. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude are contagious. Ralph Solarski
Ralph is an entrepreneurial business leader with a demonstrated history of developing and launching innovative new products and commercial programs. He has experience in multiple markets from industrial supplies to life science. Ralph formed and led a start-up that secured multi-million dollar funding to develop and commercialize an innovative product concept.
He led development and helped the launch of twenty-seven products, numerous channel and user promotion programs and multiple brand strategy/architecture implementations. With Ralph’s collaborative leadership style, he operates with a high sense of urgency and possesses strong strategic, analytical, team building and relationship development skills.
Theo Karamallakis
Theo is a high-energy business executive with successful finance, marketing and sales leadership experience and proven track record in delivering superior results. Exceptional business management acumen across all aspects of the business including strategy and sales operations, with flexibility to identify and solve challenges in various business areas.
He held leadership positions in finance, product management and marketing with P&L responsibility. Led internal and external cross-functional teams to create and execute growth strategies and initiatives in coordination with senior executive clients. Areas of expertise include, P&L Management, Sales and Business Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Operations, Corporate Reorganization, Finance and Accounting.

Lena Heidel is a forward-thinking marketing executive with a proven track record in building brands and driving financial results. With over 20 years of experience in B2C and B2B, she has acquired best marketing practices from working on some of the most famous brands in the marketplace. Lena’s passion is in helping companies build a strong, strategic foundation upon which successful marketing plans can be developed. Her specialties include brand strategy, product commercialization, value propositions, value based pricing strategy, account based marketing and content marketing.

Hollie is an experienced public relations and marketing communications professional working primarily in the industrial and manufacturing industries. Hollie strives to support her clients to develop creative narratives to drive business and increase interest in their products and solutions.
Hollie prides herself on her ability to generate positive brand awareness, help businesses communicate their stories, and position executives and subject matter experts as industry thought leaders. Mark Semmelmayer
Mark is a lifelong B2B marketer, with 10 years of ad agency experience and a 32-year stint as Associate Director of Communications with Kimberly-Clark in their Roswell, GA based B2B business sectors, ranging from industrial supplies to surgical and infection control products in healthcare. Experience has made both strategic and tactical B2B marketing and communications planning his long suits.
He spent a decade on the international board of the Business Marketing Association (BMA), including a term as Chairman in 1996-97. In 2015, he received BMA's prestigious
G. D. Crain Award, and was inducted into the Business Marketing Hall of Fame. He is a Certified Business Communicator (CBC) and has been a featured speaker at over 80 association meetings, as well as several national B2B conferences, across the U.S. He is currently a member of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) B2B Committee.
Beginning his career as a broadcast and print journalist, then transitioned to copy writing in the agency environment. Over time, he’s received numerous awards, including a Clio award, for writing excellence. Aside from creative copy and content, he’s also a frequent contributor of articles and blogs on B2B marketing for several national publications and websites.

Ellen Monroe
Ellen is an extremely diverse and creative marketing manager. She has worked with many different Fortune 500 consumer and B2B manufacturing companies with big named brands as Creative Manager as well as Marketing Communications Manager. This enables Ellen to think strategically about the creative design.
Her expertise ranges from package design and point of sale to product launches and strategic website design, and to creating brand standards to logo design. She also has a strong knowledge of current trends and content for digital media and social media.
